This family home in the heart of Brighton had plenty of space, it just wasn't being used well. For a family of five, a series of disconnected rooms and a small, difficult kitchen made everyday life harder than it needed to be.

The Bec van der Sluys team reconfigured the layout entirely, removing a wall and relocating the kitchen to open up a generous, high-end kitchen and dining space. The result is a home that finally flows, is considered, functional, and designed for both daily life and entertaining.
